Director of Ticket Sales
The #1 goal of the Director of Ticket Sales is to drive revenue for the organization. You must lead the team in achieving a net promoter score of 80+ for groups, season tickets & sponsorships.
Essential Functions
- Manage the sales team for groups & season tickets.
- Work directly with the creative and marketing teams for asset creative and driving new single game ticket sales through digital marketing.
- Identify and solicit new local and regional corporate partners for the organization to generate new group ticket, season ticket & sponsorship revenue.
- Develop customized sponsorship programs using inventory controlled by the organization to generate net revenue and meet the needs of clients
- Manage the implementation of all corporate contracts to make sure all commitments are fully executed.
- Maintain groups & season ticket sales inventory
- Daily reporting of sales and goals
- Responsible for all group areas
- Develop and implement group and season ticket incentives
- Create and manage budget for all of ticket sales assets.
- Develop and maintain SOP’s and manage to best practices
- Creation of marketing programs, promotions and initiatives to integrate the Club’s corporate partners
- Act as a brand steward for the Club’s visual identity both internally and externally, ensuring consistent use of all marks
- Develop & implement high-level plans to organize and group each aspect within the ticket sales team.
- Other related duties as required.
- Attend staff meetings and provide insight into operations-related concerns

Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- High-energy; results focused and have a creative vision for how to drive revenue & Net Promoter Score.
- Must be a part of the sales process and enjoy training young sales professionals.
- Be a respected leader that team members want to follow.

Prior Experience
At least 3-5 years of experience managing live shows, preferably in the sports industry.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or another related field is preferred.
Physical Requirements
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The key physical requirements of this position includes the ability to walk and stand for an extended period of time, lift up to 30 pounds, and the use of standard kitchen and office equipment including computers.
Position Type & Expected Hours of Work
This is a regular, full-time, exempt position. Hours of work may vary to include weekends and evenings to meet business requirements.
